After completing a B.B.A. at HEC, François worked in the field of marketing as a manager in major companies for 25 years before shifting to consulting for Quebec SMEs. It was during a project at Tremplin that he discovered this unique method and the passion that drives each team member. He was so impressed by the quality of the training offered by Tremplin that he decided to make a professional transition by joining the team. His passion for communication, expertise in value creation, and constant desire to help professionals excel, combined with the Tremplin method that he applies daily, enable him to contribute to the success of his clients.
